I asked Cass where she got it, and she said . . . where else . . . the bazaar. People at her house seemed convinced that it was a Jotun drop, but on page 83 of this housing thread on Central, Lail says he got it from Huldur in Winterdeep Warren.
Nice one. I may have to see about farming one of those up now!
