Yes! I do! Panglou answered you correctly, "the starfish pet can be bought at the Celestia pet vendor."
I also went to Professor Greyrose and asked her if the starfish drops from any mobs (as well as the other crowns pets), and this was her answer:
The Starfish in particular is a gold item, not a Crowns item but I hear Queen Calypso has a certain affection for those little darlings.
The Turtle, Spinyfish, and Sea Dragon are all confirmed to be on loot tables.
So those pets are out there on the loot tables, y'all!
(p.s. Rumor has it the Sea Dragon is dropped by Astraeu in the Test of the Spheres. The Turtle pet is rumored to drop from Tempus Stormfish in Stormlord's temple. Rumor has it the Spinyfish is dropped by Cuthalla in the Grotto.)

Sea Dragon is indeed dropped by astreaus! I got one yesterday! Looks like its time to farm tempus now...

Oh I can confirm as well That's how I got Sandy the Sea Dragon ask Uber wife she's seen it already. Heck I can help you both once you get to the Trial of Spheres if you wish I know that place now like the back of my hand :D

This has really been bothering me and I'd like to know if you know anything about this. There is no new celestia pets, excluding starfish, spinyfish, sea dragon and sea turtle. It seems wierd no one found a new pet yet, not even the shark pet said in the that leaked shark poster, one side enemy, one side pet, the other mount. This is just really bugging me. What do you got to say about it.
